My rockin' outfit!

Do you guys want to know what I like to do? I like to experiment with clothes, hair and makeup. I LOVE putting together a colourful outfit, I love doing my hair into different styles and I love putting on some bright, fun, and wacky coloured make-up too.

It was a lazy sunny Saturday, and I thought I'd put my hair up into a beehive. Suddenly I realised my hair was a lot longer and thicker than the last time my hair was up all beehivey so it decided to morph into a different shape. As you can see, this is how it turned out, and I thought it looked pretty damn amazeballs with the blue hair dye and all.

I have some bright pink eye-shadow which I smeared across my eyelids and then put on my favourite accessories- my Tavi tee and jeans. I am all set for Photoshop. I like Photoshop it makes your pictures look fun.

What I wore:
Yellow knitted bow: Handmade
Tavi shirt: Dangerfield
Gaga gloves: Dangerfield
Black LEE skinny jeans: Op shop
Mums super awesome wedges: Ebay

R.I.P Daria

Only a couple of days ago, we were watching Conan and eating spaghetti bolognese, when all of a sudden, someone walks up to our front door. The man pulls my parents outside with some really awful news, mum comes back inside with tears in her eyes and tells me- I'm so sorry babes, Daria's been hit by a car. I am seriously devastated.

As you could imagine, she started to get pretty damn adventurous, climbing big trees, and now crossing roads?

She was a happy cat, and not one of those depressed, inside cats which never get to explore the world.
I do miss her especially at night in bed, because she always slept on my head. Teehee ;)

The next day, I painted rocks, picked up fake flowers and anything else I could get my hands on. With all of that I made Daria a colourful memorial in our backyard where she was buried. I talk to her everyday, and my other cat (Iggy) sits near her all the time. He seemed to appreciate what I built for Daria.

I thought it would be nice if I planted some photo's and video's of Daria in this post, for memories.

She sure was the craziest cat.

 So adorable.

She loved sewing with mum.

As any cat should, she would sleep everywhere.

She sure loved my yoyo.

And wrapping paper.

R.I.P Daria, you were and always will be the best cat in the world.

Remembering the happy times:)

Fruit cats!

I was sitting at my watercolours stressing wondering, what I should draw? I got myself into a right royal mess :) until an image came to mind, phew! "Extra, Extra, read all about it. A fourteen year old girl has become famous because of FRUIT CATS!
Well, I probably won't become famous, but I do adore the idea. Cats, made to look like fruits. Who has ever thought of such a crazy idea. So I checked on Google, just incase anyone has the same mind as I do. Nope, no Fruit Cats anywhere, until now!

I have only drawn two Fruit Cats, there is definitely more to come don't you worry about that. I have started off with Pineapple Cat and Strawberry Cat. Strawberry Cat is my favourite so far.

I am loving this idea, anyway, here's a video to show you just HOW excited I am over FRUIT CATS!

Happy drawing

Experimental drawings.

Hello my fellow smittens. I have been experimenting with my drawings lately, trying shading, watercolour and using photoshop to make these pictures look extra awesome.

This is Queen Quila. She looks very serious and doesn't have a good sense of humour, but she does dress quite posh and lovely.

This here is Beyonce, gorgeous gal. I have attempted to draw her in this FABULOUS dress, which of course I have pinned on my Pinterest. Anyways, she deserves to be drawn, including her luscious, long lashes.

IRIS APFEL! ISN'T SHE AWESOME?! With this, I have hand drawn it and then teleported it to Photoshop to be coloured. Thank you Photoshop:) I have done this routine a couple of times with my drawings, this Tavi picture and later on during this post.

Who likes the movie "Kick Ass?" Well, I L.O.V.E it, and I have to say my favourite character is Hit Girl. She is one of the awesome girls in my list of Bad Ass Girls, which includes Tank Girl, Harley Quinn, Knives Chau and Ramona Flowers. I am sure there are more Hit Girl has to be part of the list, and that means she shall be drawn.

Here is just a watercolour drawing of a new character, who I think looks a bit like Tavi, don't you agree?

I made up a new fantastic, fantasy animal, UNICAT! Who doesn't like the idea of a cat and a unicorn mixed into one? I started drawing it and thought It needed something else, what about....UNIGIRL! The adventures of Unicat and Unigirl! PERFECT! Just needed the colours in Photoshop and I'm set. Yippee!

Happy drawing.

P.S Do you guys like my new blog look. I thought it was too pink, needed a change. I made the blog header ALL BY MYSELF and a couple of other things. I'm over the moon about how it turned out :)

Famous Awesomes.

I really enjoy drawing celebrities. People draw them in different ways, so I thought I would try to draw them my own way. I am very happy with them.

Who knows Haysi Fantayzee? Well I am very in love with them and their Raggamuffin style. Also, don't forget to mention the music. Anyways, since I feel I can't draw boys as good as girls, I have decided to have a crack at drawing Kate Garner in this famous photo.

I love Lady Gaga, especially in this wikedly rad outfit. Just had to Edie-fy it.

Now this is one of my favourites. CYNDI LAUPER! I think it looks just like her. I spent a bit of time on this one. I wanted it to look perfect, so it get's into the gallery of Radicalnessnessness. Haha :)

This is a watercolour of Janelle Monae. She is so awesome right now in my world, I think she is a totes awesome performer. I am currently going under some serious lyric learning.

To finish this post off, I will attempt to amaze you (as I have) with Janelle Monae performing live on Jools Holland.

P.S I have watched this video over a MILLION times.

Happy Drawing.

Watercolour madness!

I loooove watercolours, I love it how the paint is drippy and watery and stuff. I have the paints, good watercolour paper and a splash of imagination and creativity. Now, I'm all set for some serious watercolouring.

This sexy cutie is wearing a Minnie Mouse hair bow, a purple tight dress and some red pumps. I haven't come up with a name for her yet. Maybe Milly again?

I thought it would be pretty clever if I drew someone with a fro and had it dripping down the page. This was my first watercolour and she looks pretty creepy, but I like that in a girl.

One other thing I love about cats, Is when they are wearing clothes. OH MY GOD! SO ADORABLE!

Happy watercolouring.

New and improved.

I have been drawing quite a lot lately and I thought it would be exciting to show you some of my improved (well, that's what I think) drawings.

What I do with these drawings is get some inspiration from my Pinterest boards because I'm running out of ideas. I'm getting into making the names arty and neat too. Anyways this girls name is Cindi.

These Cutie Patootie's are so cute. I copied these gorgeous Blythes from my Pinterest.

This next girls name is Milly. I think I made her eyes a bit too big, but that's ok bigger is better and adds more character, yes?

I love this next girls hair, she is so cute and her name is Lily-Anne.

I have never drawn a Totes Bad Ass Gangster before, so I thought "Why not?" I even added "Totes' to her hat.

This girl looks like she is falling, but she ain't out of style. Her name is Baby

I've always wanted long pink hair put into Gwenie braids. This girl named Kitty has exactly that but with a rockin' outfit to match. I don't know what it is about the name Kitty, I've always loved it. Maybe because I have an obsession with cats.

And now the girl to finish this post off, her name is Milly and I have just noticed that I have already named one girl Milly. I 'm running out of names, does anybody know of any I could use?

Happy drawing.
